Captain Marvel & Black Adam



I decided to make customs of Captain Marvel and Black Adam, but as the mattel versions just have the exact same body with the exact same paint job i decided to do them a little different, i did Cap in more cartoon accurate clothes, no star on his cape, smaller lighting insignia and a button on his shirt. Black Adam ive done in the style of the Alex Ross version, bigger lighting insignia, extended sash, more of his shoulders showing and bigger gauntlets, i think it just makes them look a little different instead of being in exactly the same suit, oh and as you can see, i dropped the cape too, Teth Adam has no time for capes.. far too hot in Egypt for capes you see.

mate, jesterboy was kind enough to send me head casts of adam and marvel, so it was just the bodies and marvels cape i had to sort out, yeh i really like that recipe for atom too

ive had alot of time on my hands recently so ive been able to do quite abit, but now ive got lots of head casts on the way but not many bodies to do anything with them, lol. the age old battle!!

alot, yeh the doomsday is such a simple paint job to do but it makes all the difference!! hex is one of my favourites too!

mate, yeh its a shame the btas and stas figures are a little larger scale than jlu or i/we all could use them alot more (although the stas ones do have maybe a little too much definition to be classed as proper jlu style) but they are good to be used for slightly larger characters E.G martian manhunter etc.

i love the new gods too, i hope to make some more in the future! for your comments!
